- Myshall Garden Club will hold their next meeting on Monday April 15th at 8pm in the community centre. The guest speaker on the night will be Francis McDonald from the Bay Garden, Camolin. There will be a raffle and refreshments.
- For Letting - The 'Ranch' property ( 12 acres ) is up for letting for grazing only for 2013. For any one interested in renting the property please contact Tom Kearney, Fenagh, who is the auctioneer dealing with it.

With First Communion & other summer functions coming up Myshall Hall Committee would like to remind patrons that if furniture or other items are being borrowed from the Hall bookings must be made in advance with a deposit of €20 on collection of the
items - €15 of which will be returned on return of the borrowed goods. This is a small price to pay for getting a loan of tables, chairs etc. to cater at home. Meanwhile the
Centre is getting a new face lift and by Sept. and time for ‘The Gathering’ & the 100th anniversary of the Adelaide Memorial Church it should be looking its best. Next Hall Committee meeting is the A.G.M. which will take place at 9p.m. on Thursday May 2nd. -

Check out www.bestinseason.ie Bord Bia’s website which explains the benefits of eating fresh fruit and vegetables grown within the natural Irish season. This month is Spring Clean month and we advise everyone to keep their own patch as in the area around their own gateway/roadway clear of rubbish even though you didn’t put it there. This applies to all areas whether you live in the village of Myshall or in a rural area near Mt. Leinster as every little bit helps to keep our parish clean and litter free. This Next Muintir meeting is on Thursday May 9th at 8.30 p.m. -
ADELAIDE MEMORIAL CHURCH CENTENARY CELEBRATION
Plans are currently being made to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the beautiful
Adelaide Memorial Church and in conjunction with the celebration it is hoped to produce a souvenir booklet with the history of the Church, the cemetery inscriptions and other relevant pieces of information – if anyone has any such information could you please contact Brigid at 059 9157711. We are especially interested in any stories that abound about the building of the Church but any information no matter how insignificant it might appear to you would be valuable. -
Killoughternane School Re-Union
There will be a re-union of past pupils in Killoughternane School on August 24th 2013. Myshall/Drumphea Social History Group hold their next meeting in Drumphea
Community Centre on Tuesday, 16th April at 8.00pm. The subject for discussion is "cures". -
Car Treasure Hunt
In aid of Our Lady's Hospital for sick children Crumlin (St. John's Ward) & Garryhill ICA. On Sunday 21st April from 1.30pm. Starting from Drumphea Community Centre.
Just come along with your car you can have one to three helpers.
Pick up your set of clues. The route is all planned out for you. Cost to enter per car €20. Remember you have to drive very slowly so as not to miss any of the clues.
Enjoy a nice cup of tea afterward in the community centre.
Please note if you live in the Drumphea, Rathnageera, Knockdrumagh, Garryhill
areas there will be extra traffic on the roads in these areas on the Day.
We appeal to everyone using the road to bear this in mind, drive slowly & keep safe.
